     3.    The promo is open to the following:

     4.    Qualified Cardholders are entitled to avail of exclusive discounts from Turkish Airlines
            for purchases of airline tickets during the Selling Period, provided that the sale transactions
            are settled using the following:
                 a.    BDO Credit Card or Debit Card straight payment.
                 b.    0% interest on 3 months installment term or Regular Installment plans with one (1) month
                         billing holiday through a qualified BDO Credit Card, applicable to Philippine Peso
                         transactions at the ticket office only.

     6.    Fares quoted are exclusive of all taxes and surcharges (eg. Philippine Travel Tax
              and Terminal Fee, which must be paid upon ticket issuance). Certain passenger types
             may be exempt from paying the Philippine Travel Tax upon submission of required documentation prior to ticket issuance.

     7.    Fares are valid only on Turkish Airlines marketed and operated flights via Istanbul.

     8.    All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.

     9.    No complimentary hotel accommodations will be offered for long transit times between flights.

     10.    Prevailing USD-PHP exchange rates at the time of booking shall apply on fares quoted in US Dollars.

     11.    A copy of valid passport of the passenger may be required upon request of Turkish Airlines.

     12.    Offers are likewise subject to terms and conditions of Turkish Airlines and the BDO Terms and Conditions
               Governing the Issuance and Use of the BDO and American Express Credit Cards.

      13.    All BDO Credit Card and installment transactions shall be subject to bank approval.

     14.    Qualified Cardholders shall ensure they have the appropriate documentation to
               depart/enter/transit their destination. Turkish Airlines and BDO shall not be held responsible for any
               refund or any associated costs if Cardholder shall be denied entry to a country of transit or destination.

      15.    In case of dispute such as, but not limited to Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillments,
                BDO’s decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s
                eligibility for the Promo or any redemption shall be resolved by BDO at its sole discretion.
 
Buy Now Pay Later Terms and Conditions:

      1.    The Promo is open to all active principal and supplementary BDO Credit Cardholders of
              Mastercard, Visa, JCB, UnionPay, Diners Club, and American Express Card issued by BDO (“the Cardholders”).
             Corporate Cards, Distribution Cards and Purchasing Cards are not eligible for installment transactions.

     2.    Qualified BDO Credit Cardholders can avail of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) promo at 0% interest on
              3 months installment term with 1-month billing holiday, applicable to Philippine Peso Transactions
            at the ticket office only.

     3.    Monthly installment due on Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) transactions together with monthly interest and
            penalty charge (if any), will be billed to the Cardholder starting on the second (2nd) statement cycle after
            the original transaction date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.

     4.    The entire BNPL installment transaction amount shall be deducted from the Cardholder's available credit limit.

      5.    Qualified cardholders may avail of the Zero Percent (0%) interest for a minimum installment purchase
              worth P3,000 subject to minimum installment agreement with partner merchant.

     6.    Partner merchant has the sole discretion on the term/s applicable for the Zero Percent (0%) offering.

     7.    Zero Percent (0%) interest is applicable if the cardholder pays his / her monthly installment in full.

     8.    For items not included in the 0% offer, the regular monthly add-on interest rates below shall apply:

Transaction Amount x Factor Rate = Fixed Monthly Amortization
P10,000 x 0.0903338 = P903.34
 

     9.  BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate Cardholder’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the BDO EasyPay In-store installment transactions, provided that the Cardholder’s total outstanding balance due for the pertinent
            monthly billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of 5% of the total
           remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardholder’s pertinent BDO Credit Card.
           After BDO has approved the Cardholder’s request to charge the full amount of the remaining unbilled
           monthly amortizations on the installment transaction, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding
           Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly
           billing cycle and must be paid in full.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1.    Change or cancellation request should be made before flight departure. Any request made after departure will be regarded as no-show.
2.    When making changes to your ticket, you must pay the rebooking fee of USD 200 for Business Class (except for following destinations with rebooking fee of USD 130: Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Bologna, Brussels, Budapest, Copenhagen, Dublin, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, Geneva, Hamburg, Kiev, London, Lisbon, Lyon, Madrid, Manchester, Malta, Milan, Moscow, Munich, Oslo, Paris, Prague, Rome, St. Petersburg, Stockholm, Thessaloniki, Tunis, Venice, Vienna) and USD 130 for Economy Class as well as any additional fare differences that may occur. The fare rules of the most restrictive flight are valid for rebooking processes.

*A change is a date/flight/routing/booking code change.
*New fare may be equal or higher. When the new itinerary results in a higher fare, the difference will be collected and the change fee will be applied.
*Charges shall not be waived for medical reason.
3.    Passenger shall be charged USD 400 for Business Class (except for following destinations with rebooking fee of USD 260: Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Bologna, Brussels, Budapest, Copenhagen, Dublin, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, Geneva, Hamburg, Kiev, London, Lisbon, Lyon, Madrid, Manchester, Malta, Milan, Moscow, Munich, Oslo, Paris, Prague, Rome, St. Petersburg, Stockholm, Thessaloniki, Tunis, Venice, Vienna) and of USD 130 for Economy Class in case of no-show.

 *Reservation needs to be cancelled and ticket needs to be reissued before the original flight departure date, otherwise no-show penalty applies.
4.    The flights on your ticket must be used in sequence. If you do not board any of the flights on your ticket, the remaining flights will be automatically canceled, including your return flights.
5.    Name change is not permitted. Ticket is non-transferable.
6.    Ticket is non-refundable in case of no-show/cancel before or after departure.
